Good leadership has a significant impact to innovation effectiveness.

There are some guidelines witch help managers to improve individuals and teams innovating effectiveness. First, it is important that managers establish innovation policy trough the company and let employees to know that company will reward for innovative behaviour. Second, managers should take care that there is appropriately heterogeneity in teams. Third, managers should mentor teams to create atmosphere where participant can feel safe and joy and be respected. Fourth, managers should give autonomy and space to teams and individuals to solve problems and generate ideas. Fifth, managers should posit time limits to problem solving and idea generation. Sixth, team leaders with expertice should evaluate innovative activities.
