Appropriate structure in organization

Companys success in developing innovative products and processes requires supportive structures from organization. Structures and processes should be planned in a way which contributes innovative changes, not limiting it. Cross-functional cooperation should be desirable, because it enables information flow to be multifaceted which is significant factor for success. Organisations should also be near to markets, enable user involment in innovation and support parallel working and involment of specialist. Management should try to arrange best possible structural forms for innovation in their own circumstances.
