Trust and openness
Organisations should aim and maintain atmosphere where everyone could feel trust and openness. Without this, individuals might not dare to share their ideas and assesments, because of fear being ridicule. Other reason not to share ideas is fear that others might robb the idea or exploit person.

Organisations should take this in consideration when making decision about awarding policy. If organization decide to reward individuals, it´s very supposable that above-mentioned fears will occur and information sharing will reduce. Organisation will achieve better results in information sharing when using group or cooperative rewarding.
