Key individuals

Key individuals can have big impacts on the outcomes of innovation. That is why organization should take care that teams include right persons in right places. These key individuals can have important roles in technical knowledge, knowledge of innovation and problem solving, inspiration, commitment and motivation in teams. Some key individual can be very capable to thrive things and manage big picture. Someone might be a good gatekeeper, which collect information from different sources and delivers in further to right people.  There is also negative key individuals whose impact on innovation etc. might have devastating results. Hence organisation needs to take care, that right person are situated in right positions in innovating teams. Person should also be placed in task which correspond their expertice and level.
