The available time what employees have for innovating has notable influence to outcome. It has been proved that if people have too little time for innovating, their achievement will be likely less creative. This might also affect stress to people, so it´s obvious that giving too little time for innovating is not sensible. Organisations should take care that individuals and teams has appropriate quantity time for innovating.
