High involvement in innovation

Organisations should always remember that every individual have some abilities in problem-solving and creating things. Someone might have broader capability than others, but still individuals with narrower ability should not bypass.  It is not only the specialist in different task description who are able to innovate new things. That is why organisations should aim to the state, where every individual in the company could offer his/her effort for innovating. This increases companys innovating potential significantly, because of sum of everybodys input.
